Welcome to Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar!
By entering the venue or confirming a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These rules help us ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience for everyone.
1. Booking & Arrival
- Your karaoke booking time starts at the time you selected, not when you arrive. Please arrive on time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund. Please call if you expect to be late.
- Full payment is required to secure bookings. Payments made are non-refundable but may be transferable as credit at management discretion.
- Public holidays and credit card surcharges may apply.
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Valid photo identification may be required for entry and alcohol service. Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar complies with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and reserves the right to refuse service to any patron at any time.
3. Entry & ID
- Entry is at management’s discretion. Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation.
- Valid ID is required for all patrons consuming alcohol (18+). Accepted forms: Australian driver’s licence, permit, passport, proof of age card, or Keypass. No photos of ID, student IDs, or international driver’s licenses.
- Under 18s are welcome, must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, and must leave before 8PM.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
- All guests must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, other patrons, and the venue. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Penalties for smoking/vaping inside may exceed $5,000.
- Nudity is strictly prohibited. Shoes and clothing must be worn at all times.
- Maximum room capacities must be respected. Extra guests may be refused entry or charged in full.
5. Room Use & Equipment
- Guests are responsible for the proper use of microphones, TVs, AV equipment, furniture, and furnishings.
- No standing on furniture. Food and drinks must not be placed near electronic equipment.
- Any damages (including vomit, graffiti, or broken equipment) will be charged immediately. Fees may include cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
6. Food, Drinks & Responsible Service of Alcohol
- BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited. Confiscated items will be returned at the end of your booking.
- Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar follows Responsible Service of Alcohol laws and may refuse service to anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
- BYO food is welcome in the bar but may not in Karaoke rooms unless agreed by management.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations may be credited at management discretion.
- Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will not be refunded.
8. Safety & Security
- Guests enter at their own risk. Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar is not liable for personal injury unless caused by proven negligence.
- Emergency exits must remain clear. Follow all venue safety instructions.
- CCTV operates in all public areas for safety; cameras do not operate in toilets.
- Management reserves the right to search bags on entry and exit. Personal property is the responsibility of guests.
9. Personal Property
Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
10. Liability & Force Majeure
- Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- We are not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, emergencies, government restrictions).
11. Acceptance
By entering Terry’s Karaoke & Piano Bar or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these House Rules & Booking Terms
12. Kids, Tween and Teen birthday party conditions
- Bookings available from 12pm to 8pm, Friday to Sunday.
- Groups require appropriate adult supervision; birthday hosts are responsible for supervising the room, as staff are not provided for this.
- Parties take place in private karaoke rooms only and may not use the bar or other areas unless previously agreed.
- Maximum room capacities must be adhered to for safety.
- Snacks and cakes to celebrate are welcome.
- Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the room and equipment. Any damage may incur additional charges.
- Parties must leave the venue promptly at the end of the booking.
- Behaviour should be safe and respectful. The venue reserves the right to end a session if conduct is unsafe or disruptive.
- Only BYO snacks are permitted; no external alcohol or hot food in the rooms.

Welcome to Terry’s Karaoke. By entering the venue or making a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry & General Behaviour
Entry to Terry’s Karaoke is subject to management discretion at all times. All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, other patrons, and the venue. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. Patrons who are intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner may be refused entry or service.
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Valid photo identification may be required for entry and alcohol service. Terry’s Karaoke complies with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and reserves the right to refuse service to any patron at any time.
3. Room Use & Equipment
Private karaoke rooms, microphones, AV equipment, furnishings, and fittings must be used responsibly. Tampering with equipment, including screens, microphones, power supplies, lighting, or control systems, is strictly prohibited. Food and drinks must not be placed on or near electronic equipment. Maximum room capacities must be adhered to at all times.
4. Damage, Cleaning & Loss
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to rooms, equipment, or venue property during their booking. This includes broken or damaged equipment, damage to walls, furniture, or fixtures, and excessive mess, spills, bodily fluids, or smoke residue. Cleaning and damage fees may be charged to cover repair, replacement, professional cleaning, loss of trade, and associated labour costs. Decorations, confetti, candles, adhesives, fog machines, or external equipment are not permitted unless approved in writing by management.
5. Health, Safety & Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside Terry’s Karaoke. Emergency exits must remain clear at all times. Guests must comply with all venue safety instructions. Patrons enter the venue at their own risk.
6. Bookings, Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure bookings. Full payment may be required prior to or upon commencement of the session. Late arrivals do not extend booking times. Additional time may be available at management discretion, subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking time may be refunded or credited, excluding booking fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
8. Force Majeure
Terry’s Karaoke is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including power outages, emergency situations, or government restrictions.
9. Personal Property
Terry’s Karaoke accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
10. Right of Refusal
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service, end sessions early, or remove guests who breach these Terms & Conditions, without refund.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering Terry’s Karaoke or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
